CONGENITAL POLYDACTYLY

Congenital Polydactyly is a condition in which a person has supernumerary fingers or toes. (Medical Center, University of Maryland, 2013). In China, polydactyly is the most frequently observed congenital malformation with incidence rate between 5 and 19 per 10 000 live birth, and it can occur either as an isolated disorder or syndrome (European Journal of Human Genetics, 2008). Through research and analyze the ‘Six Digits Forum’ in China, the proportion of positive and negative messages are twenty-six percent to seventy-four percent. As a result, there are many people with psychological problems, because of inequal treat from the public.

I'm working with Yang who studying MA Communication Design in CSM, he was responsible for planning the entire project, and I was responsible for discussing and mapping these images with him, and later for the production of comics and animation.
